Free Conference Call Training
We request that our customers read the manual and follow the computer prompts to create a voice profile(s). We provide an exercise that we ask that you return to us and then we arrange for a phone training session. In that session we show how to do the Word Correction process and walk you through the entire program. This phone session usually takes between 60 and 90 minutes. We also share tips and techniques for voice captioning.In Person Training
Hands on training at the customer's location. Held on two consecutive days (3 hours each day). Again, we request that the customer read the manual and create voice profiles prior to the training. This allows us to concentrate on the voice captioning itself.
